What was I supposed to accomplish and how? I was instructed to analyze an online lesson plan and come up with modifications in order to use the lesson plan in my classroom and also come up with a formative and informative assessment that will go along with the modifications of the lesson plan.
What did I learn (growth/progress)? I actually learned to read in depth of the lesson plans, to accurately see if they align with the standards and are they going to be beneficial to my students.
What should I have done differently? I thought I dealt with the assignment very well, but I could have made a more elaborate assessment for the modified lesson plan.
Why is this artifact important to my targeted career? I found this activity to be the most beneficial one due to the fact to be able to differentiate between a great and good lesson plan.
